How involved do I need to be?

As much or as little as you like. Most clients approve the monthly content calendar (a 15-minute review) and we handle everything else. If you want to be more involved — reviewing individual captions, supplying behind-the-scenes photos — we can structure the workflow around that too.

Do you create video content like Reels and TikToks?

Yes, on Growth and Full-Service plans. For Reels we work with motion graphics, text-animation formats, and video supplied by you — we handle editing, captions, audio, and optimisation. For full TikTok production (on-camera filming) we can coordinate with our video partners in Milan.

Can you manage paid social ads as well?

Yes — paid social campaign management is available as an add-on across all plans, and is included in the Full-Service plan. We handle audience targeting, creative, budget management, and weekly performance optimisation for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ads.

How long before I see results?

Meaningful follower and engagement growth typically takes 60–90 days of consistent, quality content. Paid social can drive traffic and leads from week one. We set realistic KPIs at the start and report against them every month — we don't promise vanity metrics.

What if I already have an Instagram account with existing content?

We start with a full audit of your existing account — content quality, posting frequency, hashtag strategy, and audience demographics. We build on what's working and quietly phase out what isn't, so there's no jarring change for your existing followers.
