We collect personal data you provide through our contact and quote request forms (name, email, company, message). We also collect usage data through cookies and analytics tools.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data to respond to enquiries (legitimate interest / contract performance), send marketing communications with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and improve our services (legitimate interest).
4. Data Retention
Contact form data is retained for 3 years from last interaction. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default). You may request deletion at any time.
5. Third Parties
We share data with: Google Analytics (US, EU-US Data Privacy Framework), our hosting provider, and email service providers. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. You have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@wearepuredesign.com.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality, and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) with your consent. You may manage cookies through our consent banner.
8. Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority) at garanteprivacy.it.
